Honchon Smile Flexible Acetal resin is a semi-flexible tooth staining material that is a grindable resin that offers dental technicians and dentists a metal-free alternative for removable applications.

Flexible Acetal is made of acetal resin and has excellent toughness. Flexible Acetal resin is very suitable for making partial oral brackets and metal-free removable dentures. This highly crystalline acetal copolymer is of high tensile and flexural strength, good fatigue resistance, low friction coefficient, low water absorption and good dimensional stability.
