- Pressing Temperature: 910-920°C

- SiO₂: 58.5%-72.5%

- Li₂O: 13%-15%

 Preparation Process

1. Wax-Up: Create a wax model of the restoration based on patient-specific requirements.

2. Sprueing: Attach sprues to the wax model to facilitate material flow.

3. Investing: Coat the wax model with investment material to form a mold.

4. Preheating: Heat the mold to remove wax residue and prepare for pressing.

5. Layering or Glazing: Apply ceramic layers or glaze for surface finish.

6. Pressing: Pour molten lithium disilicate into the mold to form the restoration.

7. Removal of the Crown: Carefully extract the pressed restoration from the mold.

8. Detachment: Remove excess material and sprues.

9. Divesting: Eliminate any remaining investment material.

10. Reaction Layer: Finish the surface for enhanced properties.
