Precautions
·When preparing the shoulder, it must not be done at the corner or sharp edge area. The shoulder preparation should be a round inner edge or bevel shape.
·When preparing the cutting edge, 1mm of space must be reserved to ensure that the PMMA block achieves the ideal grinding effect during the CAD/CAM process. The cutting edge should be prepared at the enamel layer, avoiding preparation at stress concentration points or areas.
